JOB DESCRIPTION

While we allow our customers to create memories and keepsakes on custom printed apparel, we want to make it as simple and fun as possible! 

We produce several blog posts per week, social media content, and email newsletters that require illustrations (modals, header images, infographics, etc.). We also run ads on Facebook and Google and engage with our customers and the UGC they share with us.

Your role is to create the most appealing visuals so we can better convert our traffic, test new ideas and help simplify our customers' journey. You will work directly with our marketing team. 

TYPICAL DUTIES

• Producing photography and videography of RushOrderTees production and company culture for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter)
• Design visual assets for digital content
  • Blog headers, images, infographics
  • Social Media Ad Creative
  • Instagram
    • @RushOrderTees
    • @InkMixers
    • @Printfly
    • @DSGNTree
  • Marketing and Transactional emails
  • Web banners, heros and graphics
• Design templates for custom printed apparel serving a wide array of audiences (i.e. sports teams, businesses, musicians, schools, family events, etc.)
• Image editing/cropping/resizing/color correction

MUST-HAVES

• Ability to produce digital assets following brand style guide
• Ability to turn complex ideas/concepts/features/workflows into simple images (or animations)
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
• Adaptable design style
• Strong attention to detail
• A startup mindset that prioritizes growth, conversion and wearing many hats
