Your responsibility will be to provide world-class customer service to Printful, Startup Vitamins and Behappy.me clients. You'll be answering emails, serving clients via live chat and joining in on phone support.

You will be expected to process a combination of 70 emails, chats and phone calls per day after your training period of 90 days. You will also maintain our ever-growing FAQ page. We're looking for a generally happy, positive, optimistic person who is detailed-oriented and loves to connect with customers and their problems. You should also be enthusiastic about what we do - help Printful client setup their online shops, get that great design of theirs on top of one of our products, or assist customers in generating quotes on Behappy.me or getting startup goods for their office from Startup Vitamins.

You should have excellent written communication skills to write friendly answers that help customers solve their problems.

Requirements:

Physical demand:

Occasional lifting, up to 50 lbs. Computer heavy tasks and combination of sitting or standing throughout the day. Posture improving equipment made available to all employees.
