    Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday to start, may be required to work Saturdays if needed.

    When you come to work, you'll:

    • Start each day checking Ecom numbers to assist the supervisor in analyzing how production will be distributed and where there are any challenges.
    • Monitor sewer performance, taking into account the volume and quota that sewers can accomplish for a particular item.
    • Pull relevant production reports & help with misc. admin work per supervisor's request.
    • Check all reshipments and address any issues with the assistance of the supervisor.
    • Check all late and stuck items, push them through production quickly.
    • Move items being finished on the floor to QC so it can be inspected and moved to the sorting department.
    • Damage out items and follow up on who is responsible.
    • Monitor the workflow of each sewer to make sure items are being routed & sewn correctly.
    • Must check that all sewers have their components to finish their production items: Zippers/Threads/Tape/Care Labels/etc.
    • Have all SOPs and samples ready for any sewer that may have questions. 
    • Monitor QC staff and their performance numbers, advise supervisor of issues.
    • Check all repairs and return to the responsible sewer to rectify.
    • Assist with organizing team huddles & feedback sessions.
    • Monitor weekly inventory counts, bring any perceived issues to the supervisor.
    • Monitor layout, equipment, and system efficiency to make recommendations for improvement.
    • Partner with customer service to address customers' complaints.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    There is some MUST HAVES:

    • Analytical, detail-oriented and organized.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English. 
    • Excellent communication skills. 
    • Leadership skills. 
    • Experience working in a fast-paced sewing environment.
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
    • Pattern making/sewing skills are an advantage.
