THE BASICS:

As a Client Service Associate you'll be providing world-class customer service to our clients by:

• Answering emails, talking with clients via live chat and phone support during Japanese business hours.
• Helping Printful clients setup their online shops, get that great design of theirs on top of one of our products, or getting startup goods for their office from Startup Vitamins.
• Assisting customers with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and their E-Commerce platform

There are some MUST HAVES:

• Fluent reading/writing/speaking Japanese
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Great attitude that helps our customers solve their problems.
