Hours: Day and Night Shift Available

Summary of Position:

The Facilities Technician assists the Facilities Department in the maintenance and upkeep of Printful facilities. Facility Technicians perform a number of tasks for the Facilities Department, such as maintaining facility equipment; assisting in the cleaning of restrooms, offices, and hallways; performing safety inspections, and patrolling the buildings and grounds for suspicious activity along with enforcing parking rules. Additionally, these technicians must be able to assist staff members in facilities-related tasks when required. Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and order picking equipment in a safe and controlled manner
2. Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas as needed 
3. Repair, maintain/monitor all facility equipment and amenities  
4. Clean windows and glass doors  
5. Change all equipment filters as required  
6. Replace light bulbs, interior, and exterior, as needed  
7. Make ready the facility for events, such as hiring fairs, orientations, lunch meals, etc. 
8. Help main the grounds, such as in trash removal, cigarette pickup, snow removal, etc.
9. Assist with equipment installs and removals  
10. As needed, aid in daily interior trash removal, facility cleaning, and restocking
11. Perform other assigned duties as requested by supervisor and manager

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Background in facilities maintenance; 3+ years experience
• Hold current certification in forklift and aerial lift operation or have held within the last year
• Physical ability to regularly lift objects weighing 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders 
• Can work around lubricants, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints, etc.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision  
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented

Preferred Experience and Education:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
