HOURS: 9am-5:30pm (flexibility will be required)

AT PRINTFUL, OUR RECRUITING AND HR COORDINATOR ASSISTS WITH EMPLOYEE RECRUITING AS WELL AS ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS THAT SUPPORT THE HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM. Our current facility is located in Chatsworth, but as we grow, we're moving to a new, larger facility, in Valencia. During the move, you'll work closely with our teams and should be able to commute between both locations.

WHEN YOU COME TO WORK, YOU'LL BE:

Assists with the Recruiting and Interviewing process:

• career fairs
• coordinating agencies
• scheduling interviews
• screening candidates

Will also assist with HR tasks:

• employee inquiries
• new hire paperwork
• onboarding
• orientation
• data entry

TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU MUST: 

• Have a willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task and meet schedules.
• Be comfortable in a team environment
• Be highly motivated to work independently and productively
