Printful's growth means exciting new career opportunities at our many facilities. That's why we're looking for a skilled sewer to join our Cut & Sew Team as a Sewing Machine Operator. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in how people experience our products. Your attention to detail and focus on quality will shine through in your work and strengthen our relationships with customers.

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Using your sewing expertise to skillfully and accurately complete each sewing task
• Monitoring your work as you go to catch any stitching or machine errors early to continuously produce high-quality products for our customers
• Performing regular machine maintenance and replacing parts as needed to keep sewing equipment in top shape for fulfilling our orders
• Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings you need to complete each job
• Using your attention to detail to make sure all materials are properly cut, matched, marked, attached, and secured before you begin sewing
• Cleaning up, examining, and measuring each finished product to verify that it meets standards and specifications
• Working with care and precision to fix any errors, defects, or damages to the final products
• Documenting quantities of materials used and processed to make sure we're operating efficiently and sustainably

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 2 years experience using Overlock/Serger sewing machines
• Detailed knowledge of sewing equipment designs, uses, maintenance, and repair
• Prior experience sewing for fashion and textile production
• Experience performing specialized or automatic sewing machine functions
• Preferred certification as a seamstress or tailor
