POSITION OVERVIEW: We are a growing e-commerce company that specializes in Print-on-Demand. As we grow throughout North America we need a teammate to help support our expansion. If you've been working in a project coordinator type role and are looking for an opportunity to use the knowledge you've gained as well as grow and challenge yourself- apply with Printful!

*This position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19 but will require at least occasional onsite presence at our Chatsworth facility as well as occasional travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform market research based on assigned topics (site selection, new technologies etc.)
• Manage / coordinate projects to implement new technologies, processes, systems, facilities etc. 
• Develop Gantt charts for different projects, and keep all involved parties up to date with regards to latest developments
• Create operating procedures and maintain documentation to improve future project efficiency
• Prepare reports and presentations based on assigned tasks and projects (as required)
• Draft layouts, plans and models for process implementation / improvement projects
• Represent the company in negotiations related to equipment purchases, leases and other deals

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record
• Command of one or more project management frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Scrum etc.)
• Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment (preferable)
• Minimum post-secondary education in business, engineering or project management
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Engineering is preferable
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proficiency with MS Power BI is preferable
• Experience in creating Gantt charts
• Experience working with AutoCAD or similar software (preferable)
• Outstanding communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
