OVERVIEW:

AT PRINTFUL, OUR RECRUITING AND HR COORDINATOR ASSISTS WITH EMPLOYEE RECRUITING AS WELL AS ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS THAT SUPPORT THE HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM. Assists with the Recruiting and Interviewing process:

• career fairs
• coordinating agencies
• scheduling interviews
• screening candidates

Will also assist with HR tasks:

• employee inquiries
• new hire paperwork
• onboarding
• orientation
• data entry

TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU MUST: 

• Have a willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task and meet schedules.
• Be comfortable in a team environment
• Be highly motivated to work independently and productively
