THE BASICS:
The primary role of the IT Administrator is to ensure smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure; including maintenance, monitoring, and modernizing our networks and servers, as well as our internal software solutions. WORK SCHEDULE: GENERALLY MON-FRI DAYTIME - BUT WILL REQUIRE FLEXIBILITY BASED ON THE BUSINESS NEED.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or minimum 5 years of experience in administrative IT work.
Good understanding of computer networks and server technologies
Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems
Feel comfortable using CLI shells (win/unix)
Ability to quickly (self-)learn & adapt
Hardware and software diagnostics and problem solving skills
Be comfortable with modern technologies
Knowledge of fire codes and laws related to IT infrastructure
Ability to show initiative
Perfectionist mind for key tasks
Experience with SaaS solutions
Experience with G Suite
A+ networking certifications
Good prioritization skills
