At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Purchasing & Inventory Team plays an essential part in managing our customer experience. That's why we're looking for a fast-moving and attentive Inventory Clerk to join our team and ensure we have what we need to fulfill customer orders. The requirements are below, but what matters most is that you're willing to learn. This position includes on-the-job training for using your work equipment and opportunities to grow within the company.

You must be 18+ years to be considered for this position.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Receiving and processing purchase orders for supplies and checking that items arrive correctly
• Conducting weekly audits for pending purchase orders and notifying the Inventory Coordinator about any delays
• Assisting the Inventory Coordinator with cycle counts and other inventory audits
• Monitoring inventory supplies and keeping items stocked neatly 
• Keeping track of inventory-related paperwork like invoices, packing slips, and BOLs, and updating your team daily with necessary details
• Troubleshooting quantity discrepancies with the Inventory Coordinator

What you'll bring:

• Current certification in forklift operation or the ability to become certified
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices
• Understanding of the tools, supplies, and equipment needed to perform this job
• The ability to operate equipment safely and professionally
• Experience using team communication tools like Slack
