Print Operator (Digital & Large-Format Print Production Specialist)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality print, scan, and copy jobs while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced digital and large-format print production environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the printing industry , strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate multiple production devices efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce print, scan, and copy jobs according to instructions on ABC Imaging work tickets
• Operate and maintain large-format and small-format printing equipment
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with inventory control and organization of production supplies
• Support team members and supervisors to improve workflow efficiency and production output
• Provide front counter customer service and job intake support when needed
• Ensure all jobs meet quality, accuracy, and production standards
• Follow all safety procedures, production processes, and company policies

Qualifications

• Experience in printing industry operations (large-format and small-format printing preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality and accuracy

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and basic graphics software

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications (InDesign, Publisher, Acrobat, etc.)

• Experience in customer service or client-facing production environments

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and production workflows

• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support cross-functional production tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced print production environment
