Join a dynamic production team focused on manufacturing both traditional and digital signage. As a Print Production Associate, you will oversee key stages of the print and finishing process, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Your communication and organizational skills will be vital in coordinating daily workflow and supporting seamless production operations.
* Perform mounting, laminating, and cutting of printed graphics and signage materials.
* Operate metal shears and punches to prepare components for final assembly.
* Package finished signage securely for shipment or installation.
* Run and maintain large-format printers and plotters, ensuring consistent print quality.
* Perform routine upkeep and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
* Operate advanced CNC machinery or other specialized tools as needed.
* Inspect finished graphics and signage to confirm adherence to quality specifications.
* Document inventory levels for parts, consumables, and finished products accurately.
* Maintain production records and track progress against project deadlines.
* Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe—tools stored properly, floors clear, and workstations tidy.
* Ship and receive incoming and outgoing materials, coordinating with the team to prioritize tasks.
* Attend team meetings to discuss schedules, workflow challenges, and project updates.
* Previous experience operating large-format printers, laminators, plotters, or similar equipment.
* Familiarity with graphic and signage finishing techniques (mounting, cutting, laminating).
* Ability to operate metal shears, punches, and advanced CNC machinery preferred.
* Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and performing physically demanding tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Effective verbal and written communication; able to consult with colleagues and, when needed, interact with clients.
* Willingness to accept feedback constructively and implement improvements.
* Self-motivated, accountable, and a strong work ethic.
* Open to taking on overtime when production demands require it.
