Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed and experienced Printing Specialist to join our production crew. This role requires hands-on printing skills, an eye for quality, and the ability to work with both digital files and physical materials. You'll operate our fiery command station , prep jobs for press, and make sure every order meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate digital printers and finishing equipment
Manage print jobs using the Fiery Command WorkStation
Perform prepress tasks: file setup, proofing, and layout checks
Organize and prioritize daily workflow to meet production deadlines
Inspect final prints for quality and accuracy
Communicate with team members to clarify job requirements
Lift and move paper boxes and printed materials (up to 30 lbs)
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
Qualifications:
Strong computer and typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proficient in digital prepress and print file handling (PDF, InDesign, etc.)
Experience with Fiery Command WorkStation is a plus
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong time management and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 30 pounds
