Quality Healthcare Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for placement at Monroe Community Hospital located at 435 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620, United States.

The pay rate for CNAs ranges from $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality care to residents in accordance with their level of certification.
2. Work under the supervision of the MCH Nurse Manager during the day and the MCH Nursing Supervisor in the evenings and at night.
3. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
4. Take and record vital signs as instructed by medical staff.
5. Assist in the mobility and transportation of residents.
6. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
7. Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with a valid license to practice in New York State.
2. Background checks, fingerprinting, and verification with relevant registries and agencies are required.
3. Experience in elder care and familiarity with dementia management is preferred.
