Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and treating relational and family issues, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

\- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families to address relationship and family dynamics.

\- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

\- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.

Qualifications:

\- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a related field from an accredited institution.

\- Valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey.

\- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating relational and family issues.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Experience in providing services to children with serious emotional or behavioral health challenges and their families
