Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Priority Group Services, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and interventions to children, adolescents, and their families. Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
\- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs
\- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns
\- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to children and adolescents
\- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
\- Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular check-ins and assessments
\- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
\- Conduct psychosocial evaluations to identify underlying factors impacting mental health
\- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
\- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of social work and behavioral health
\- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
\- Provide written reports and updates to the team as required

Requirements:
\- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
\- Experience in child and adolescent mental health preferred.
\- Strong assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
\- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
