    Overview:

    ESO Consultants is seeking a Mobile Device Management Support contractor to join a team responsible for providing expert-level technical support for RELEVANT's 20,000 Apple and Samsung smartphones and tablets.

     

    Job Title: Mobile Device Management Support

     

    Responsibilities:

    \- Provide 1st through 3rd level technical support for RELEVANT smartphones, tablets, and associated peripherals and accessories.

    \- Create and implement security profiles using the RELEVANT's AirWatch MDM platform.

    \- Assist with smart device deployment projects.

    \- Generate reports on devices out of compliance with RELEVANT and NY State policies.

    \- Assist with asset inventory management by entering or modifying devices in the asset inventory database and managing the distribution of acceptance and return receipts.

    \- Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner.

     

    Qualifications:

    \- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    \- Proficiency with smartphones and tablets running Apple, Google, and Microsoft Operating Systems.

    \- Strong familiarity with smart device hardware from major manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, LG, etc.).

    \- Proficient with MDM platforms such as AirWatch and Intune.

    \- Experience with asset management best practices.

    \- Strong communication skills.

    \- Ability to multitask.

    \- Ability to lift boxes weighing 25 pounds.

    \- On rare occasions, may be asked to work evenings and weekends.
