    Overview:

    ESO Consultants is currently seeking a Mobile Device Management Systems Administrator to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide maintenance, management, administration, and technical support for the RELEVANT’s Enterprise Mobility Management system, specifically AirWatch & Intune. Additionally, this role involves providing technical support for RELEVANT’s smartphones and tablets, computer server hardware, operating system software, and storage area network environment.

     

    Responsibilities:

    \- Administer the RELEVANT’s AirWatch and Intune environment.

    \- Design and engineer effective and efficient MDM solutions and standards.

    \- Configure servers for various functions, including but not limited to application servers, database servers, domain controllers, web servers, and storage area networks.

    \- Collaborate with database administrators, network administrators, help desk staff, and other IT technical resources to coordinate server and storage infrastructure requirements and analyze/troubleshoot issues as they arise.

    \- Ensure all required system documentation and record-keeping requirements associated with maintaining and controlling IT assets are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with RELEVANT policies and procedures and department requirements.

     

    Qualifications:

    \- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; or a minimum of 7 years’ experience installing, maintaining, administrating, and supporting MDM environments.

    \- VMWare MDM or Microsoft Intune certification preferred.

    \- Basic knowledge and familiarity with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer server hardware, operating system software, and storage area network equipment.

    \- Strong familiarity with EMM/MDM platforms (AirWatch, Mobile Iron, Intune…).

    \- Proven knowledge and familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile operating systems and Software.

    \- Experience with configuration, deployment, and support of mobile point of sale systems and associated hardware.

    \- Ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues both remotely and on-site using standard RELEVANT tools and techniques.

    \- VMWare AirWatch ‘Associate’ or ‘Professional’ certification.

    \- Ability to plan, design, and engineer technical solutions and standards.

    \- Demonstrated ability to plan, present, and apply complex technology solutions to solve critical business requirements effectively and efficiently.

    \- On rare occasions, may be asked to work evenings and weekends.
