REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WORKING IN TANDEM WITH ENTERTAINMENT FIRM IS SEEKING A "HANDS ON" PROJECT ACCOUNTANT WITH THE FOUNDATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

• SUPPORTING THE VP REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT WITH CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING
• PROCESSING CONSTRUCTION DRAWS
• TRACKING PROJECTS
• UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORTING LIEN WAIVERS
• TRACKING PAYMENTS ON PROJECTS
• MAINTAINING AND UPDATING CONSTRUCTION BUDGETS
• SPECIAL PROJECTS.

3+ YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT OR DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.  STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.  ADAPTABLE TO FAST MOVING PACE.  ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH EXECUTIVES AND OTHER MANAGERS IN REAL ESTATE, ACCOUNTING, DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER.
