Our Mission: To elevate the way the rest of the world sees the salon and spa industry. This is full-time (30-40 hours) opportunity with a hungry team ready to change the Salon & Spa industry. This is an in-person position in Roseville, CA with remote possibilities. Responsibilities: Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc. Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies • Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up meetings  • Act as the main point of contact for the executive  • Oversee podcast research and guest scheduling • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive  • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes  • Reporting, research, and purchasing for executive and company  • Executive team support related to customer service, contracts, etc.  • Client and vendor relationship management on behalf of the executive Qualifications: • Technologically savvy; with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues. Google is your best friend. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort • Does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidence. Admits to making mistakes quickly and fixes them. If you say you’ll do it, you do. Efficiently and with excellence because that’s all you know.  • Does not let important details slip through the cracks • Proactivity acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
