Prism Real Estate Services, LLC (PRES) is a property management company with properties in the Kansas City area as well as Lawrence, St Joseph, Warrensburg, and Fayetteville, AR. We are looking for professional and experienced individuals to join our ever growing team!

This position would be a great fit for anyone with experience in account management who is looking to progress in their career. You will be responsible for building the business portfolio, developing new and managing current marketing materials and initiatives, and maintaining current client relations. This position is responsible for the full range of marketing and advertising activities for Prism Maintenance Group and Principal Construction.

Some responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Developing client relations with new and existing residential, multi-family, and commercial property owners, business owners, and more.
• Maintaining courteous communication with prospective and current clients, vendors, and staff members.
• Developing new marketing materials and methods to help grow the business.
• Maintaining current marketing programs and materials
• Researching industries, markets, demographics, trends and sales results
• Recommending specific marketing approaches
• Developing and managing advertising and marketing campaigns.
