Position Located in our Bloomfield Hills Office which is at Square Lake/Franklin and Telegraph Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to compose correspondence. - Ability to use Quickbooks - High proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications - Ability to operate standard office equipment - Ability to effectively interact with fellow workers, community managers, health departments and board members. - Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation and ability to utilize proper manuals as needed (copier, computer, etc) Additional Qualifications: - Ability to work under pressure especially during pool season (May-September) - Experience in clerical accounting/bookkeeping - Ability to use Google Docs - Ability to work very closely with EVP on communications - Swimming pool knowledge is a ideal but not necessary (we will train) Information about the Position: Pristine Pools is a commercial swimming pool maintenance, repair and service company in SE Michigan. We primarily service Wayne and Oakland Counties. During the season, it is fast paced. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with routes, assist the field technicians with communication with property managers, board members if needed and to relay messages. Answering the telephone and follow up with phone calls is a top priority. Organizing the way we have the office set up. Hours April - September the hours are M-F from 8:30-4:30.
