Job Summary

Pritchard & Abbott (P&A) is looking for an IT Specialist in the Henderson, TX area to work with our Information Services team in resolving software and hardware issues for both employees and customers.

Essential Functions:

· Provide Tier 1, 2 & 3 hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices

· Provide basic support for Dell PowerEdge servers

· Provide Tier 1, 2 & 3 software support for P&A’s in-house software, Windows, and other 3rd party software such as Adobe, QuickBooks, scanning software, etc.

· Monitor and respond to support tickets through our Help Desk system

· Support office technology platforms, including firewalls and both wireless and wired networks

· Research, resolve and respond to technical and non-technical issues or questions from employees

· Maintain good client relationships

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor

· Be capable of lifting up to 50lbs and traveling in company vehicle

Qualifications

· Working knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other common IT devices

· Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Server 2019, Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and Office Suites

· LAN and WAN management experience

· IT troubleshooting experience

· Customer service oriented

· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

· Good organization, time management and prioritization

· Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and listening

· Experience with SonicWall and Dell PowerEdge, preferred

· Valid driver’s license, required
