    Private Banker

    Location: On-site, Irvine, CA | Compensation: $132,500 – $175,000 base + incentives + full benefits

    Are you an experienced private banking professional with a track record of building strong client relationships and driving growth? We’re seeking a Private Banker to help lead the build-out of our Private Banking division in Irvine, focusing on serving Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This is a high-impact role where your ability to develop new business and deepen existing relationships will directly shape the growth of our Private Banking platform.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Generate new deposits, loan opportunities, and investment management revenue through proactive relationship development
    • Build and manage a book of UHNW/HNW clients, serving as a trusted relationship manager
    • Partner with internal wealth advisors, trust officers, and planning specialists to deliver full balance sheet solutions
    • Develop new client opportunities through centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, business leaders, family offices)
    • Structure and present customized deposit and credit packages that meet client needs and bank guidelines
    • Mentor and coach junior bankers and relationship managers to drive team performance
    • Contribute to the strategic growth of the Private Banking division in Southern California

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 7–10+ years of experience in financial services sales with a focus on UHNW/HNW individuals
    • Prior Private Banking or Wealth Management experience required (not retail branch banking)
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business with proven COI referral sources
    • Strong knowledge of deposits, lending solutions, wealth management, and trust services
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, executive presence, and ability to serve as a trusted advisor
    • CFP or equivalent designation preferred
