Elite Private Chefs is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and discreet Private Chef to serve a family at their holiday home Memorial Day Weekend. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of the family's culinary needs in an exclusive, high-end setting. As the Private Chef, you will be expected to create exceptional, personalized meals that cater to the clients tastes, dietary preferences, and health needs. Discretion, professionalism, and a strong passion for fine dining are essential for success in this role.

Dates: May 22, 2025 – May 26 , 2025 (Lunch) at Holiday Home
Guests: 6 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 2)
Meal Coverage: All meals throughout the 4-day stay
Rate: $1,000–$1,500 per day (open to negotiation based on the caliber of the chef
Cuisine Preferences * ****Kosher * Enjoy a wide variety of cuisines * Fun themed dinners encouraged (e.g., homemade pasta tasting, BBQ, Asian, Mexican) * Healthy American-style meals also welcome
Culinary Excellence: Prepare gourmet meals for the client and guests, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special event catering.
Customized Menus: Develop personalized menus based on clients preferences, seasonal availability, and dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, keto, etc.). You will also create tailored meals for any special events or occasions.
Private Entertaining: Manage the preparation and execution of meals for private events, dinner parties, or intimate gatherings, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experience.
Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and cleanup. Ensure that the kitchen is always stocked with high-quality ingredients and that meals are prepared with precision.
Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate any additional kitchen staff, including sous chefs, assistants, or household staff members involved in meal preparation and service.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene within the kitchen and all related areas. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory, ordering, and sourcing of premium ingredients and supplies. Establish relationships with exclusive purveyors, ensuring access to the finest products.
Dietary Expertise: Adapt to the clients health needs or preferences, providing nutrition-rich meals that support wellness and specialized diets.
Personalized Service: Offer a customized, attentive culinary experience by anticipating the clients needs, ensuring that meals are tailored and served to their specific expectations.
Equipment & Maintenance: Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure regular cleaning and servicing of high-end kitchen appliances. Schedule repairs or replacements as needed.
Event Planning & Coordination: Coordinate with event planners or family members to execute seamless, luxury dining experiences, whether in the home or off-site.
