    MARKETING COORDINATOR

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    1. Degree or equivalent work-related experience in the following fields: Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations

    2. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Is comfortable and tactful in presenting to and engaging with customers and the community.

    3. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

     

    DESCRIPTION Enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, intermediate-level marketing and public relations position responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies and databases, company branding, generating promotional graphics, monitoring, and updating the company website, and promoting the company within the community.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    · Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, apparel/merchandise, events.

    · Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

    · Develops and manages marketing operating budget, including taking corrective action as needed to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within the designated budget.

    · Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

    · Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.

    · Prepares periodic marketing reports showing trends, and areas of proposed client base expansion including other marketing materials, newsletters, etc. including their designs.

    · Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

    · Manage relationships with the outside customers that we sponsor.

    · Assists other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.

    · Directs and coordinates internal company events

    · Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

    · Coordinates with charities/sponsorships, industry associations, and trade shows.

    · Builds and monitors community and customer perceptions of Myco as a high-quality provider or services.

    · Identifies local trade shows, develops and coordinates display materials and booths, and ensures professional appearance to our customers.
