    Job Description

     GROWING E-COMMERCE COMPANY IN POMONA SEEKS AN EXPERIENCED DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER TO ADD TO THEIR TEAM. In this role you will oversee digital marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms to drive sales, brand-engagement, leads and positive customer behavior. Someone who is well versed in  digital content and channel creation, segmentation, analytics would be a great fit.  This position will lead the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive new and current business.  This includes the following:  

    • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media (specifically Facebook), email and video. To be successful, this must be done for each buyer division within the parent company.
    • Create a content Vision and work with outside vendors to create and publicize it.
    • Possess knowledge pertaining to targeted high-yielding ads using customer profile
    • Create positive brand recognition and consistency across chosen published channels.
    • Month over Month increase in lead and lead to customer conversion
    • Ongoing growth in brand recognition and customer satisfaction specifically on branded Facebookchannels
    • An increase in defined customer engagement metrics (measured by users taking the desired
    • action…i.e. conversions, subscription, purchase, etc.).
    • Building and implementing a positive customer (brand) experience through messenger bots
    • Website and social media traffic growth.
    • Conversion metrics definition and growth.
    • Social media positive sentiment metrics.
    • Customer feedback and survey data.
    • Increases in key search engine keyword rankings.

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    •  Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.
    • MBA in marketing a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation
    •  Expertise in Email Marketing Campaigns and Marketing Automation
    • Major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office,
    • SOLID EXPERIENCE USING AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL IS A MUST
    • Audience development and subscription strategies experience a plus.
    • Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language. Journalist training a plus.
    • Training in how to tell a story using words,images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience (“outsider’s perspective” much like that of a journalist.)
    • ROI Metric experience 
    • Must posses a proven track record of developing and managing 6-figure Facebook Ad campaigns.
    • Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution
    • strategies and tactics.
    • Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within corporate and
    • ongoing campaigns. Ability to work in a 24-hour project cycle-utilizing teams or contractors in
    • other countries.
    • Basic understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java, web publishing, Flash, etc.
    • Fluency in web analytics tools (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics), social media marketing applications and leading social media monitoring platforms.
