The firm provides sophisticated legal counsel to clients across diverse industries and maintains a strong presence among the Am Law 100.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in private credit and finance transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.

• Advise on asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts (preferred but not required).

• Collaborate with both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of financing matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to private credit agreements.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all transactions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in private credit or finance law at a nationally recognized law firm.

• Demonstrated experience in lending transactions; borrower-side exposure is a plus.

• Strong academic background from an accredited law school.

• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
