    Executive Home Care of Fort Myers is seeking an exceptional, experienced caregiver to support an affluent client in Naples. This role requires confidence, clear communication, and the ability to take initiative in managing household care tasks with minimal direction. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, maturity, and comfort working within a hospice team environment.

    Position Overview

    The caregiver will provide high-quality, compassionate care to a bedbound client, requiring advanced skills in turning, positioning, skin integrity monitoring, comfort care, and mobility assistance. The caregiver must be able to speak clearly and loudly when needed to ensure effective communication with the client. They must also work collaboratively with the Hospice Nursing Team, follow care plans precisely, and communicate updates or concerns promptly.

    Schedule

    Last two weekends of every month:

    Fridays: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM

    Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    Additional Hours:

    Opportunities to provide additional shifts as needed to cover occasional caregiver time-off requests.

    Responsibilities

    Provide total care support for a bedbound client, including safe turning and positioning

    Monitor comfort, safety, and any changes in condition

    Actively communicate with Hospice Nurses and follow their guidance

    Maintain a clean, organized household environment

    Prepare simple meals, manage linens, and complete household tasks independently

    Maintain professionalism and discretion in a private, high-end home

    Build trust and rapport with the client and family

    Qualifications

    HHA/CNA certification preferred

    Minimum 2 years of experience working with bedbound clients

    Strong communication skills – clear, calm, confident, and able to project voice when needed

    Prior Hospice experience highly preferred

    Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently with little supervision

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the expectations of an affluent household

    Must pass Level II background screening
