Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 33-year-old male client.

Responsibilities include:

Provide skilled nursing care according to the established plan of care

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor the client's condition and report significant changes

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

Follow infection-control and safety procedures

Communicate appropriately with the family and Elevate Care Providers clinical team

Qualifications:

Current Missouri LPN or RN license or qualifying multistate compact license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Private duty or home-care experience preferred

Must complete required background and compliance screenings

Reliable transportation

Dependable attendance

Ability to work independently in a home-care environment

Pay: $40–$42 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
