Health Care 4 All, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our long-term care patients. As an LPN, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of nursing care in a supportive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and physician’s orders

Monitor patients’ health status and report changes to Clinical Manager and/ or physician

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document nursing care and maintain accurate medical records

Support daily living activities including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
