Private Duty Pediatric LPN

Starting Pay: $31 per hour

Schedule: Wednesday 4pm-11pm and Sunday 8am-4pm Setting: Private Duty Pediatric Home Care (Grove City)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a medically complex child. The patient requires skilled care for a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive home environment.

Note: The household includes four friendly dogs, so applicants must be comfortable around pets.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled pediatric LPN care in the home setting

Perform tracheostomy care and ventilator monitoring

Manage G-tube feedings and care

Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment

Collaborate with family members and the clinical care team

Follow physician orders and established care plans

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license (required)

Experience with trach care, ventilator support, and G-tube care (preferred)

Current CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Strong attendance, professionalism, and reliability
