Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled RNs who are ready to lead with heart and clinical expertise. Both experienced RNs and newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Nursing Care

Conduct full nursing assessments

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Provide skilled nursing interventions such as wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and monitoring of medical equipment

Monitor and document changes in patient condition and communicate findings with physicians and family

Care Coordination & Leadership

Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members to ensure comprehensive care

Supervise and guide paraprofessional staff as needed

Ensure proper documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards

Patient & Family Support

Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and ongoing care needs

Provide emotional support and guidance during challenging health transitions

Promote patient safety and dignity in all aspects of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS a plus)

Experience in home health, medical-surgical, or geriatric nursing is a plus

Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable in various care environments

1-2 years' experience with Vent & Trace with ALS
