Description

Executive Personal Assistant / Family Assistant / Assistant Estate Management Private family seeks a dynamic and experienced Personal / Family Assistant / Assistant Estate Manager to assist with the daily care and maintenance of their residence as well as oversight of the family's additional projects. Part-time with a flexible, but consistent schedule. Need availability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary. The position may require the candidate to travel up to 20% of the time. The ideal candidate MUST be adept in all areas of organization, travel arrangements, calendaring, correspondence, planning events, and overseeing vendors and contractors. Requires a "no task is too big or too small" attitude. Successful applicants will have estate management and/or personal, executive or family assistant experience. Experience working with small children a plus. This position includes but is not limited to the following: -Planning and maintaining schedules/calendar management -Managing hospitality, catering, and hosting -Assisting with event production for social gatherings, philanthropic events, fundraisers, and additional private events -Personal shopping, grocery shopping, running errands, and concierge work -Ordering and stocking the home of household and food related items -General management and organization of residence, with attention to special projects as needed and per request -Household organizational projects including additional aspects of management and organization, including closets, pantries, storage areas, etc... -Planning and executing fun learning activities for children and family -Assist in managing vendor and contractor relationships including calendaring, accounts payable, project management, etc. -Conducting research for special projects and upon special request Requirements: -Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills -Excellent references required from both current and previous employers -Minimum 3+ years experience working in a similar role for a private home or family -Must be physically agile and dynamic -Must be able to lift 50lb. -MUST be comfortable working around dogs -Detail oriented with exceptional organization and task management skills -Experience working in high stress, fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required -Preferred experience caring for school age children. Documentation: -Valid Drivers License; confident driver with zero points on license -Valid Passport; willingness to travel alongside the family -Legally able to work in the United States
