About the Role:

Chef Tim Love is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Private Event Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX! In this exciting role, you'll be the creative force and organizational backbone behind unforgettable private events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing people's visions to life, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute private events from concept to completion

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire event planning process

Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and event logistics

Oversee on-site event operations, staff, and setup to ensure seamless execution

Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents

Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales goals

Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with client expectations

Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to drive continuous improvement and revenue

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in event planning, event management, or a related field

Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines

Experience with vendor coordination, budgeting, and contract management

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events often require

Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

We offer a competitive base salary plus preformance based commission.
