Position Title: Private Events & Experiences Sales Coordinator
Position Objective: Drive high-margin private event revenue by securing and closing event contracts. The goal is to turn our spaces into consistent event venues that generate predictable deposits and strong margins.
Revenue Expectations: • Minimum $50,000 per month in booked events within 90 days • 4–8 private events booked per month • 2 corporate team-building events per month
Stretch goal: $75k+ monthly event revenue.
Responsibilities: • Prospect wedding planners and event planners • Build relationships with corporate HR and executive assistants • Conduct venue tours • Manage inbound event inquiries • Close contracts • Collect deposits • Coordinate internally with operations for execution • Maintain CRM tracking and weekly reporting
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who: • Has event sales or venue booking experience • Is comfortable closing five-figure contracts • Is highly organized • Is proactive with outreach • Understands contracts and deposits • Is commission motivated
