    Part Time Family Nanny - This family of four is seeking a nanny to assist them weekly on Wednesdays from 7am to 5pm. They have a garbage truck loving 2.5 year old son and a sweet 5 month old daughter. They'd like someone who will also have additional availability for occasional night time babysitting with notice. They hope to find someone energetic, responsible and fun. Your primary focus will be their 5 month old daughter in addition to pitching in as needed with their 2.5 year old son. Additional duties/qualifications will include (but are not limited to): Adhere to the baby's schedule: bottles, naps and age appropriate playtime Cleaning up after the kids (making sure their areas are organized and tidy) Cleaning Bottles Ensure changing station is fully stocked with diapers, wipes and diaper rash cream Ensure the diaper bag is fully stocked Create a stimulating environment filled with play that is both educational and fun Maintain family schedule and be a clear communicator Eager to learn and experience the joy of being part of a child's growth and development Motivate and encourage child to meet milestones Discuss infant/toddler/children's development regularly with parents Assisting with baby laundry as needed Taking initiative! Helping out whenever and wherever possible POSITION REQUIREMENTS Have at least 2 years of relevant experience Knowledge of infant/toddler development Have stellar references Have own vehicle with a responsible driving record (family does not live close to public transportation) Infant and Child CPR/First Aid Certified Willingness to submit to Background check Non-smoking / Drug Free Open to occasional overnights if the parents are away, or accompanying the family for weekend travel from time to time - will need to pack/unpack for the kids, and have a valid passport (or open to getting one). Family is interviewing ASAP! Rates vary depending upon experience.
