Unique opportunity for a female college student in nursing or memory care. Close proximity to Golden West College and Long Beach State. Looking for "care companion" one weekday and one weekend day, with the possibility of more hours. 88 year old, very sweet and cheerful mom, simply needs a companion and helper in the house to relieve family member. Large quiet home on Huntington Harbour with internet and a lot of time to study or chill. Two sweet dogs on premises to be fed as well. $15 per hour. Need help: 1-9pm on Wednesdays, 1-9pm Fridays and 7 am to 7 pm Saturdays. Hours can be slightly adjusted. Willing to consider different people for each day, depending on the fit, but best if I can keep it consistent. Remind my mom to eat, pedal her exercise bike, play little games and do art projects, watch shows (of your choosing) together, etc. She sleeps from about 8 pm to 8 am.
