As the Client Services Coordinator at Private Health Management (PHM), you will be part of a clinical team that is establishing a new standard of excellence in healthcare. We are currently looking for people to provide clinical support, client care logistics, and administrative functions to an exceptional clinical team.

Here’s what you can expect:
- As an individual with remarkable attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will interact with our clients on a daily basis.
- Working in a medical setting, you will request, collect, fax, upload, and deliver medical records and/or other related documents under the supervision of a Clinician
- Answering client service calls, ordering and keeping track of office supplies, coordinating staff meetings, and managing Fed-Ex packages for replenishment of supplies as needed
- Having technical proficiency, you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and are able to effectively prioritize workloads
- Able to work independently or as part of an integrated team while dealing with high acuity, well accomplished individuals in a calm and professional manner
