    Seeking a male caregiver for our 15yo son with Autism. The ideal candidate will be someone who is empathetic, non-judgmental, and passionate about special needs education (academics) and/or adaptive/inclusive recreation. Our son loves to bake, draw, do activities outdoors, hike, swim, bike and ski. This position is part time. Hours are after school and on weekends as well as occasional overnights. Great opportunity for Graduate students looking for a work schedule that flexes around their academic requirements. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves physical activity, being outdoors and travel of all kinds. Position requires physical strength, a calm disposition, and willingness to help in difficult situations. Must work well as part of a team. Requirements: 1+ year of experience with teenagers or adults on the Autism spectrum (or in a related field such as special education), a clean criminal record and good driving record. Training will be provided by leading ABA, CBT, and DBT providers! Pay Rate: $25+ depending on experience
