RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help develop, explain, and maintain company-wide and department regulations, policies, and procedures.
Develop strategies to improve the Human Resource department and its practices.
Administer personnel recruitment tasks such as creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, and conducting reference and background checks.
Conduct new employee orientation and process hiring-related paperwork.
Perform regular check-ins with staff to ensure their happiness and engagement.
Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, exit interviews, career plans, or promotions.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns.
Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, or documentation of performance issues.
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
Create monthly and quarterly reports of Human Resources activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a related field or three years of experience.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
