Company Description
Private Label Supplement was founded on a philosophy of Client Relations, and is built around putting our Clients first and foremost. Our company came into existence because our Owner/CEO Stefani Thionnet saw firsthand how a lack of customer service can be frustrating. She vows to touch base with a Client every day, because Clients are our most important assets. Our Clients keep coming back as demonstrated by our record of the highest reorder rate in the industry. We are determined to keep it that way. Stefani Thionnet and her team advocate for our Clients with contract manufacturers for the best possible pricing without compromising quality. We are leaders and are favored in the private label supplement, vitamin, and skincare industry and have very competitive pricing due to the high volume of orders we produce. With that said, Stefani Thionnet believes price should never supersede your decision in purchasing over quality, which along with excellent service, are two of her secrets to building a big business from a small client base. Another area where we excel is quickly getting answers to our Clients’ questions or needs during the private label manufacturing process. Being attentive to your needs and deadlines matters to us. Have you ever placed an order with a contract manufacturer and then become frustrated because you can’t reach them after you have given them your deposit? Stefani Thionnet gives you her word that won’t happen with Private Label Supplement. We are in constant contact with our contract manufacturers and provide you with timely proactive updates. We don’t overpromise on delivery times, but we will get your order out on time. We estimate our turn times based on necessary GMP testing and production times so you receive safe and effective products to sell to your customers. Due to our volume, our contract manufacturer partners respond when we call. This is essential for all of our clients, and we know this is especially important for our Amazon FBA Clients so that they are able to maintain the Amazon product rankings that they have worked so diligently to achieve. We specialize in custom-made formulas in virtually every private label vitamin and skincare product available. Custom formulas are quoted within 48 to 72 hours; R&D is available for powders, liquids and skincare products. We offer over 900 private label formulas (and growing daily), including best sellers, helping you choose which products to bring market. A variety of private label vitamins, supplement and skincare delivery systems are available including capsules, softgels, powders, tablets, liquids, chewable tablets, creams, lotions, cleansers, serums, moisturizers and scrubs. The products we have made include Vitamins, Supplements, Weight Management, Skincare, Firming Cellulite Cream, Acne Control, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Vitamin C Serum, Lip Plumper, Probiotics, Sports Nutrition, Garcinia Cambogia HCA 60%, Coleus Forskohlii Extract 20%, Turmeric Curcumin Complex, Raspberry Ketone, Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract, Testosterone Boosters, Pre-workout Powders, Muscle Builders, Creatine Stacks, Herbs, Antioxidants, Glutathione, Minerals, NutraCosmetics, CoQ-10, Fish Oils, Sexual Health products, Anti-Aging, Memory Support, Whole Food Multivitamins and more. As a Contract Vendor Liaison, Private Label Supplement makes certain the products you buy through us meet all of the GMP requirements. Stefani Thionnet, who has more than two decades of experience in the health and wellness industry, stays ahead of the curve on regulatory requirements and sends her third-party auditor, Ingredient Identity, onsite to Private Label Supplement’s pre-qualified contract manufacturers to conduct vendor qualifications on behalf of her Clients to ensure they are adhering to GMP guidelines set forth by the FDA. Vendor qualifications are just one of several GMP guidelines required of any company or person distributing and selling private label vitamins, supplements or skincare with their brand name or distribution information on the label. Private Label Supplement takes Client Relations to unprecedented heights by offering its Clients a one-of-a-kind safety net in the industry by physically performing the contract manufacturer facility audits and absorbing the excessive costs for their Clients as an added value. This offer saves our Clients $7,000-$10,000 (at minimum) per contract manufacturer on an annual basis. Private Label Supplement has a unique business model that allows it to offer this one-of-a-kind service in the industry for several different reasons. Your other contract manufacturers must be GMP compliant, but there are additional GMP requirements of the private label distributors as well. Most contract manufacturers don’t tell you this, and the FDA has zero tolerance for ignorance. Private Label Supplement partners with Ingredient Identity, a distinguished regulatory management consulting firm, to help you so you don’t have to fear that you will be uninformed when the FDA shows up at your door. In addition to going onsite to manufacturers on your behalf, we also offer immediate access to a ready qualified supply chain and the documentation required by the FDA per GMP while safeguarding dietary supplement compliance. All of these documents are supplied by Ingredient Identity. Other companies might lead you to believe they are doing cutting-edge work, but no one will provide you with products the way we do. Stefani Thionnet is a cowboy entrepreneur who is always on the lookout for inventive and adventurous ways of developing products while focusing on YOUR best interest since we do not label or sell our own brands. At Private Label Supplement, every product is manufactured to order and shipped immediately, so they are the freshest possible, which is important because most products come with expiration dates. If you are able to purchase finished goods faster than the time it takes for normal production, your shelf life will most likely be reduced, or you could possibly be at risk of receiving non-GMP compliant products. Surprisingly, there are more than 90 steps between initiating the order and its completion, and we ensure your order keeps moving through the process. For example, we won’t delay your order waiting on additional labels to print for a lesser cost, so we will cut our profit to fast-track your order. That goes for other areas of the process, as well. Every policy and standard operating procedure we have is geared toward being “Client-centric,” a business principal that extends to our employees when interviewed for a job, are evaluated on how they interact with our Clients. Accounts Receivable candidates, for instance, might have the best skills in their area, but if they don’t interact well with our Clients, they most likely won’t be a match. We call that “Client Relations,” and it’s of paramount importance to us. Stefani Thionnet says, “If we are lucky enough to fill one order for you but haven’t earned your repeat business, I don’t think we have done our job.”
