We hold our entry-level Customer Service Representatives responsible for:
Providing exceptional and effective customer service contributes by being courteous and attentive to new and prospective customers
Maintaining a professional and cheerful disposition with customers, management, co-workers, and clients at all times
Promoting and up-sell selected products or sales promotions directly to consumers
Reporting any customer concerns to senior sales to account management quickly, efficiently and appropriately
Serving as the primary point of contact and sales liaison between our customers and clients
Resolving issues efficiently by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and attaining practical solutions
What we are looking for in an entry-level Customer Service Representative:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or serving
High school diploma
Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
Maintain a clean, professional appearance while working
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Capable of thriving in an unsupervised environment
Flexible and able to work various hours
