OUR NONPROFIT SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL:
- Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development strategies
- Manage challenging or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to exceed customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
- Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms
- Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures
- Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new community outreach initiatives by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team
- Act as the main liaison between our company and clients
A NONPROFIT SALES REPRESENTATIVE WITH US HAS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service or related fields
- Professional and confident demeanor with a very warm and sociable attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to change with exceptional time management
- The ability to multi-task and to respond well under pressure and treat others with respect
