RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify promotional sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
- Meet with potential new leads as well as existing customers
- Mentorship of the existing team and potential new team members
- Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge
- Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner
- Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts
- Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned promotional sales manager
- For local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned
- Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
