    Job Description

    To help support and drive the rapid growth of our Organization, we are looking for a highly experienced SR. Social Media Manager who can help us create and grow a robust social media offering to drive awareness and ultimately drive a sale for a security patrol service ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOWJauigQPU&t=13s )

     

    The successful candidate will be developing Paid and Organic social media experiences and campaigns on various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, tiktok …). They will be the creative point and help to develop the most relevant and engaging content for our audiences. Dive into analytics to find improvement opportunities and create an ongoing social media testing program to drive earnings and Increase awareness

    If you geek out over all things social, you are naturally up-to-date on the latest related trends because it’s in your DNA (bonus points if you’re Blueprint certified!),

     

    Note: Please include in your application one sample Facebook post that got high engagement, one sample Facebook ad focused on awareness, and one for conversion/retargeting. Additionally, please share the story of WHY these particular posts are noteworthy (i.e., why was engagement so much higher for this than what you traditionally see?)     Responsibilities:

    • 3-5 years wielding Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter advertising to grow a B2B operation. Bonus points if you can demonstrate 20% year over year growth (or more)

     

    • Able to help outline and play a key role in building and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that works cohesively with other paid channels.

    • Can provide creative direction and educate others internally on the best ways to utilize social media best practices.

     

    • Experience and curiosity when it comes to experimenting with new ad formats

     

    • A love of testing your way through growth, using data to find, challenge, and socialize opportunities to shift direction and move forward.

     

    • Use web analytics tools to report on KPIs. Find improvement opportunities and manage day-to-day social activity (experience with programs such as Adobe preferred).

     

    • Provide input on budget requirements, manage budget allocation across different campaign types across different stages of the customer journey, and advise on recommended campaign optimization.

     

    • Create and manage timelines and content to create a consistent stream of new content to power campaign delivery and optimize based on analytics.

     

    • High confidence in using Facebook Business Manager.

     

    • Ability to use and expand on social media scheduling platforms (i.e., Sprinklr, Curalate, Hootsuite)

     

    • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research ways to increase traffic

     

    • Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve

     

    • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities

     

    • Monitor and optimize all campaigns on a daily, and weekly basis to meet and exceed engagement and/or performance goals.

     

    • Design frameworks to test all aspects of ads including graphics, content, captions, video, formats, etc., communicating back to Creative teams on what is/isn’t working, and what can be tested in future iterations to improve performance.

     

    • Experience with tag and pixel management

     

    • Actively develops and proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.

     

    • Guide the creation of micro-content such as social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form video related to campaigns, Editing and using existing content

     

     

    • Present to senior leadership regularly on social plans and results Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space

    Required Education

    • Bachelors degree required with a focus in Business or Marketing preferred
