For Clinicians in Illinois Ready to Grow in Private Practice, Not Start Over

As a clincian are you tired of feeling like you're working in isolation or drowning in paperwork? Looking for a place that actually creates ongoing change to prioritize clinician well-being? We're so glad we found you!

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by licensed clinicians in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Family has continued to grow with multiple clinics nationwide and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country. We currently have 2 locations in Libertyville and Bannockburn/Deerfield, IL, with plans of continued expansion. As a Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

At Ellie Mental Health – Deerfield/Bannockburn, we’re building a high-performing, clinician-centered group practice designed for experienced therapists who want the freedom of private practice without the business headaches.

This is not an entry-level role as we’re looking for clinicians who are already practicing directly with clients, already trusted, and ready to plug into something bigger with their personal goals.
