At ConfiDent Smile Studio is a growing practice driven by purpose. Our mission is to create confident smiles and to give back to the community we serve. Dr. Ken and Dr. Powell built this practice on a foundation of empathy, education, and genuine human connection. We're looking for someone who shares that same passion to join our growing team.

We're a close-knit, two-doctor practice in Dallas serving our community with full-scope dentistry. This includes standard operative and specialty treatment such as implants, ortho, prosthetics, and smile design. We use modern technology, lead with compassion, and treat every patient like family.

The Role:

We're hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to work alongside our doctors and support staff in delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on, meaningful role in a practice where your contributions are genuinely valued.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, 4-day work week)
• Occasional Fridays may be scheduled for larger specialty cases on a case-by-case basis.

What You'll Do:

• Chair-side assisting with a wide range of procedures including traditional operative, crown and bridge, implant cases, root canals, orthodontic treatment, and prosthetic restorations
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials for appointments
• Take and process digital X-rays and 3D images
• Support a smooth, comfortable patient experience from check-in to checkout
• Collaborate closely with our doctors, front desk, and fellow assistant to keep the day running seamlessly
• Maintain infection control standards and comply with all Texas state dental regulations

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas (required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
• Cross-trained in administrative and clinical beneficial, but not required
