Private Speech Pathologist – Feeding Therapy Specialist

Location: Ringoes, NJ
Schedule: 1 hour per day, 5 days/week (flexible; possibility for more hours)
Compensation: Starting at $35/hour, higher based on experience

We are seeking a private Speech Pathologist with expertise in feeding therapy to support a delightful 7-year-old boy with profound autism (Level 3) and ARFID. The child is non-speaking and communicates using AAC. The focus of this role will be on in-home feeding therapy, with the potential to expand into functional communication and language development.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with feeding and swallowing disorders
• Familiarity with AAC systems
• Intuitive, patient, and skilled in working with neurodiverse children
• Comfortable providing in-home services
• Flexible and collaborative with engaged parent
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization

Retired nurses with feeding therapy experience are welcome to apply.
Optional: Virtual support may be considered for the right candidate.
Note: There is room to expand hours based on candidate availability and fit.
